Cancelling subscription issue?

How do I cancel my 'Starter site' subscription? I've had website for 4 year now. However, each time I go into my account and try to change my subscription or manage my account it comes up with an error code. Can I cancel via my PayPal account? Is it possible to have a free account with no subscription?

Hi there. It looks like a rep was able to help you with this request. The auto renew has been turned off, and the billing profile has been removed. Your service does not actually expire until the end of this month, so it is available in your account if you change your mind and decide to renew.
