Add css/html to One Word in a Text Box?
In my site, I have a bunch of articles I have written. I often give verses from the Bible to support what I teach. Currently I am adding a verse book and chapter and verse number and then posting the entire verse in the article for people to read. When I read other articles from similar sites, they just list the verse and when you hover over that verse, you get a pop up with the text of the verse. This makes the article much cleaner.
I cannot figure out how to do that with Weebly. Every time I search for it, the closest answer I find is possibly doing it through CSS/HTML, but I cannot figure out how to add css/html to one particular word in a text box. When I search through the CSS/HTML under THEMES, I cannot find anything that has to do with specific text I had typed out in any article.
I wish Weebly would give us a way to just look at the entire source code for each page and make changes if we want. I am not very good with it, but I cannot get anything done if I cant even find it.
Can anyone help with this?

Have you tried looking at the live site for the section you need to edit? I know this is how a lot of people figure out what code they need to change. Open your site and right click for the Inspect option.
It might also help others if you post a link to the site you are using as an example. Thanks!
