Access Google Workspace account that is tied to Weebly

I am trying to set up custom mailbox on a different web hosting service, but it gives me an error message that there is already a Google Workspace account for this domain ( I own the domain for which I am trying to set up the mailbox). This is from when we originally set up our website on Weebly years ago, so we do not have the password for the google account and have no way to access. Google said to contact Weebly since that's where the Workspace (G Suite) account was originally purchased. How do I get access to this account in order to switch the mailbox over to the new web host?

You'll want to contact our support team and request that they move your Google Workspace account into a direct-billing relationship with Google. That will allow you to manage and pay for the service directly with them.
