Trouble with Google Workspace email set up

Hi,

I'm trying to set up an email account and am still seeing the message "The Google Workspace account is being configured. Check back soon to manage your accounts." I am trying to log on to admin.google to accept the terms of service but get a message from google "admin.google.com is used for Google Workspace accounts only. Regular Gmail accounts cannot be used to sign in to admin.google.com. Learn More."

When I click on inbox through Weebly, I get this error from google "Your organization's Google Workspace account has been suspended.
Please contact your Google Workspace Organization Administrator to re-activate your organization."

Please help.

Can you try logging in again? I just made a change through our reseller portal that should help.

Hi, @CR2021.

It sounds like the first issue is being caused by trying to log in when you are signed into a different Google account. You might want to switch to a different browser. If you still have trouble after that, contact our support team so they can convert your user to an admin for you.

Hi @Adam,

Thanks for your response. I downloaded Google Chrome and did not log in to any other Google accounts. I entered the new email account associated with my website in Google and received this message.

"Your organization's Google Workspace account has been suspended.
Please contact your Google Workspace Organization Administrator to re-activate your organization."

Can you help me please? I was on hold trying to reach support for 30 minutes yesterday and didn't get anywhere.

The change you made worked, I am able to log in to google workspace and just successfully sent a test email. Thank you SO much!

Hi @AnnaBM Thanks for reaching out. 

Can you please try logging into admin.google.com to accept the terms of service? You will use the email and password that you setup from the Weebly dashboard.

Hello,

I am having toruble signing into my Google Admin Console for the domain and email I just setup throughly Weebly.

Below is the error.
