I've sent numerous emails now having spent $70 each on 7 new email addresses last week but I've not received any response from Weebly. Could you please, please get back to me to let me know how my 7 councillors can access their new email accounts as so far all we get is error messsages saying "Your Google Workspace account has been suspended" and it's just so tiring trying to resolve this. Please, please help, thank you, Joanna

Hi, @josi38658. It looks like you need to accept Google's terms of service to un-suspend the account. Doing this requires making one of the users a super admin so you can log into the admin console with it. Which should should that be?

For some reason, Google's console isn't letting me assign another super admin. There is one set up for the Ste*********** user, though, so you could log in as that one to accept the TOS.

Hi Adam, I logged in to the account you said but I'm getting that "404. That's an error" message. And by the way, I'm happy for any of them to be set up as a super user, just want it working....

Hi @josi38658 Did you setup the email service, or did another user? I believe the first email entered is the admin email, so this person would need to log in to admin.google.com to verify the domain and accept the terms of service.

I have tried with each of the 7 email accounts and I get that error message with every one of them. This really shouldn't be so hard. Can somebody please sort this for me... We're a Parish Council and we've paid a lot of money for these email accounts which so far are completey unaccessable. Please help.

Can you try this in a different browser? I'm wondering if it's a cookie or cache issue, or if you might be logged into a totally different Google account.

Thank you so much Adam.... that worked..! It was indeed a cache/cookie issue as when I completely cleared by browsing history and tried again, it worked. Thank you for persevering here with me :- )

I have the same problem, the google workspace account suspended and the domain suspended also. When I try to extend the contact 5 more years, it says the service is not ready for extend.

Hi @lispo Can you please reach out to the support team for help with this? I noticed you posted a screenshot of a billing error on your other post, and the team may need to process a manual transaction.
You can reach the team by scrolling to the bottom of our Help Center and clicking the contact us button. Once you see the automated chat window try typing something like "speak with a rep" to be directed to the teams available to your account.

I am having a similiar issue, my email addresses have been suspended and we haven't had any luck finding someone to help.
I would love to pay or sign what is required to get my business email addresses back. Please, please, please, if anyone knows who to contact, I am pulling my hair out over here.

I am having the same issue, my account and workspace were suspended with no warning. I rectified whatever payement issue they noted, and when i went to re enable my email addresses i paid to do so, twice. and recieved an error message and have no access to my email now. I am in full panic mode that I cant correspond with my brides. Not to mention a 4:30 am call time tomorrow morning. Can anyone help PLEASE.
