Paid for Starter Pack upgrade - acidentally deleted website

Hi,

Very common problem this I imagine,

I paid for a starter pack - 2 years. I acidentally deleted my first website design, and subsequently my account has now reverted back to the basic package, including Weebly adverts at the bottom of my website of course.

I emailed for help over 2 days ago - to restart my starter package, but no answer has been received as yet.

Obviously having paid for the starter pack, I would like to use it as such.

Hey @steve2! Normally when you delete a site it should ask what you want to do with your subscription, which options to use it with a new site or other site in your account. 

I'm not sure why you wouldn't get that prompt, though it looks like our support team was able to help you with your service.
