There's no limit on the number of pages you can have on any plan with a site built using the classic Weebly drag-and-drop website editor, including Starter. Note that there is a page limit for sites built using the Square Online editor. Since it's designed more for online stores rather than traditional websites, most of the pages are auto-generated as part of the store so it's not likely this would be an issue.
It looks like you're using our editor through another provider, so we can't change this for you. You might want to contact the provider that you are using to see if this is something they can change for you.
I have a free account and I've been getting the 10 page limit annoucement as well. Is there any way to get that removed? My domain is [email protected]. Thanks!
