quantity of a product

I know that some of you may know how to set it up, but my question is, how do you make sure that if you only have one piece of a product available, that when that is sold people cannot purchase that product anymore?

For example if i have one item remaining of a type of product that i set up on my store, how do i make sure that the website will not allow anyone to purchase two of that item, or that the website will keep in mind that i only have one left?

If you have inventory tracking enabled, then that will prevent someone from ordering the item if another customer purchases the item.

what upgraded plan would i need to buy in order to do that? because it's not an option unless i purchase the upgrade of the website, and 'm not too sure that every upgrade includes this feature

Inventory tracking is a part of both the Business and Business plus plans (in some accounts these are called Performance and Premium).
