Gsuite setup problems

Tried to setup gsuite from within weebly using the free trial in early April, I came up against a few problems. Now I have been charged for gsuite and I still can't get it properly set up!

Problem:

In weebly, when accessing gsuite email I see:

This G Suite account is currently being configured. Check back soon to manage your email accounts.

When going to inbox, I get into a loop where the password is not accepted and i try to recover the account. Whatever, I do I am unable to recover the account details so cannot log in.

Any ideas what to do next?

j'ai le même problème.

Je suis bloqué à l'étape "Ce compte G Suite est en cours de configuration. Revenez un peu plus tard pour gérer vos comptes de messagerie."

Je n'ai reçu aucun message et je n'ai aucun code pour allé sur Gsuite. Gsuite ne reconnait pas non plus mon nom de domaine ou l'adresse mail que je veux installer.

Salut Il semble que votre domaine ne soit pas vérifié. Je vais envoyer un autre email de vérification. Assurez-vous de vous connecter à votre adresse e-mail qui commence par talen.legrix@

Since Weebly only offers the basic plan, then I will need Weebly to transfer my gmail account to Google directly, so I can upgrade to the G-Suite. Please move my G Suite subscription out of your reseller account and into a direct billing relationship with Google. I understand this decision cannot be reversed. I am giving permission to move my G Suite Email attached to my Tutor Around account directly to Google.

Hello Bernadette! I created a ticket on Sunday and even sent a followup, I have yet to hear back. My ticket request number is 45973420. Not being able to send company these past days is an issue. When can I expect to hear back and get this resolved?

Hello,

I am trying to set up GSuite trial.  My domain is votestevewashington.com.  My dashboard has the following message:This G Suite account is currently being configured. Check back soon to manage your email accounts.  If I go to Gmail it tells me we are unable to process your request at this time.  What do I need to do to fix this?

Having the same problem as all are having here. My domain is www.iberianstrategies.com. The following message appears: Your account has not been verified. Ask your G Suite administrator to verify the domain associated with your account. Find your administrator

I am the admin and it keeps taking me on a loop of signing in to receive the same message each time. Please provide some guidance on this.

I am having the same problem.  I have been able to successfully set up two other domains/email earlier but my latest is giving the error that it needs to be verified by admin, but I am admin.  dramberbrown.com

Thanks for posting, @stugons and @amberbrown.

It looks like the user for both of your G Suite accounts was not made a super admin, so I made that change for both of you. Can you both try logging into the admin console again?

I think this is my problem as well. My site is shopbaddog.com and I’ve wasted a good chunk of my free trial because I can’t access the admin dashboard to accept the terms of service.

Hi @JDZ. I'm sorry you have had trouble with your Gsuite account. I checked with advanced support and they made a change on the backend which should allow you to login to admin.google.com now. Please make sure to use the email and password you created for the trial.

Hi,

I am stuck in the loop of not being able to log in as an admin on GSuite, and on weebly being told my account is being configured. My site is www.bwlb.co.uk. Frustrating to see the days tick down on the GSuite free trial and not being able to use it. I did my research and GSuite / Weebly combination is meant to be robust - doesn't seem so at the moment unfortunately. Would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you.

Can you go to the G Suite page of your account, then click on the "..." button next to the "Go to inbox" link and use the Admin link? Log into the G Suite admin console using the user you created, and you should see something about verifying your domain. I think all you need to do is verify ownership of the domain.

Same situation here. I can't log in to accept the terms and verify the domain because the gsuite account I created is not verified.

Two of your users are admins and should be able to log into the Admin Console to do that, @Engineer-d2. I don't want to post the email addresses here, though one of them looks like it would belong the same person who's name is on the Weebly account. To log into the Admin Console, go to the G Suite page of your account settings, then click on the "..." button right next to the "Go to inbox" link.

I am having the same problem as others. If I go to Google Admin, I don't get anything about the product agreements. I am assuming my email also didn't default to admin.
