Gsuite setup problems
Tried to setup gsuite from within weebly using the free trial in early April, I came up against a few problems. Now I have been charged for gsuite and I still can't get it properly set up!
Problem:
In weebly, when accessing gsuite email I see:
This G Suite account is currently being configured. Check back soon to manage your email accounts.
When going to inbox, I get into a loop where the password is not accepted and i try to recover the account. Whatever, I do I am unable to recover the account details so cannot log in.
Any ideas what to do next?

i cant login to my gsuite, i go to reset password and it tells to reset it with weebly, i go to the help on weebly, it tells me to reset it with google, i just want to login to verify my login.

Are you trying to reset the password for your G Suite user? You can do this from within your Weebly account. Click on the menu on the top right and choose Google Workspace. Next, click on the "..." button on the right for the user and choose the password reset option.

hi @Adam , sorry, let me make it more clear, its saying this "This Google Workspace account is currently being configured. Check back soon to manage your email accounts." i click google admin then type my email for the admin, and when i goto login, it says the password is wrong? when i try to reset the password from google it says please request a review from google workspace team.

We had a bug recently involving new purchases for Google Workspace. Can you both please reach out to our support team so that a rep can confirm if the issue you see is related?
You can contact the team by scrolling to the bottom of our Help Center and clicking the "contact us" button. If you type something like "speak with a rep" you will be directed to the available support teams.

This Google Workspace account is currently being configured. Check back soon to manage your email accounts. and it's been now 9 days.
I've purchased the domain with Weebly. I've accepted the T&Cs in Google. I've emailed for help but it's still not resolved. Help, please

Do you see any additional instructions when you login to the Google Admin page? You will need to accept the terms of service, and verify the domain name before you can use the email.

I've just verified the domain, but the message in my Weebly account remains unchanged: "your account is being configured".
But an attempt at logging into the google email brings up a message that my account/access to email has been suspended
"Your organization's Google Workspace account has been suspended.
Please contact your Google Workspace Organization Administrator to re-activate your organization."
Any idea of what might have happened in the meantime?
Or is it time to give up and look for another email solution?

Hi @JoannaJ I checked in with the support team, and it does look like there is a bug affecting some user accounts.
I'm not sure if you were logged into admin.google.com earlier or maybe it was for a different account? Either way, the email address now has a super admin applied and you can successfully login and accept the tos/verify the domain for katekyleauthor.com.
Can you please let me know what happens now when you log into admin.google.com?

@Bernadette : I can now log into my Google account and into Gmail. I can even sent emails but can't receive any:
Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected]because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail |

Hi, @JoannaJ.
It looks like your domain wasn't configured to use Google Workspace for email. I've fixed that for you, so it should start working once those DNS changes propagate. That can take as little as a few hours to as long as a day or so.

Having an absolute nightmare with this too. I set up a new domain via my main Weebly account (new domain: TrinityBlaise.com). I set up Gsuite for it too and am paying it. And yet everytime I log in, it pushes me out for all the reasons set above and I can't see TrinityBlaise.com listed under my tracy-buchanan.com domain. Can this be resolved as I'm paying for a service I'm not getting.
