By default any domain you register through us is already locked. That said, you can turn this on and off by going to the Domains tab, clicking on your domain, then clicking the Enable/Disable link to the top right.

I'm afraid the Registrar Lock does not work. Time and time again a pop up shows the following text:
"Oh no!

I'm also trying to re-enable registrar lock on my domain (rtwcommunications.com) and receiving the "We couldn't save your change. Please try again." error...

Hi @rtw I think you may have reached out to us social. Did you ever get through to the chat team? A rep can checkin with the advanced support team to see if the transfer can be cancelled. It's usually not a problem to cancel if the domain transfer was recently initiated, but it must be done by an advanced support rep.

If I click on the domains tab into my domain account I do not see any registrar lock link.

Hi @CRobertsVT You should see your domain listed under the Domains tab. Can you confirm the domain name you are trying to lock?
