How to direct my GoDaddy domain name to a new Weebly website?

Hi, 

I'm having trouble pointing my GoDaddy domain name; leca-vernon.ca to my new leca-vernon.ca Weebly website. I had phoned in and had it done but after a couple of days, I'm still getting error or site can't be reached.

Hi Juve. Are you having a hard time finding the IP address, or setting the domain name as the sit title?

To set the site title, click on the bar with the site name (anywhere in the white space)

Then click the three dots on the next page: 

Once you set the domain, you should see the IP address to setup on Go Daddy's end. Let me know if this doesn't help.

Hi Bernadette, I had the IP address and had changed it already. I fixed the issue by unpublishing the site, varafying the IP number was typed in and republishing the site again and it appeared on the web so we're good. Thanks so much.

Thanks Adam. I had another question regarding changing my monthly billing to paying annually. I've tried to find the page to make these changes but have been unseccessful. Can you help?

Usually you can do that by clicking the "extend" link for the service on the "My Services" tab of your account management page. It should give you the option of choosing a year instead of monthly, which will also convert it to an annual plan.

Hi Adam, I've gone to 'my services' on my account and it only allows me to extend my plan (which isn't due until 2021), change my credit card information or cancel. There's nothing to switch from a monthly payment to an annual payment, which I'd like to do for all 3 of my Weebly websites.

Oh, your Starter subscription is already a 2-year plan. Are you looking to change the billing for your client sites from being monthly?
