Remove Auto Renewal, Cancel Domains and Upgrade Site

I want to remove auto renewal and keep several domains I no longer need or want from renewing.

How do I do that? Can you please guide me through it step by step so I will have that knowledge?

Also, I got a notice that one domain is renewing in two weeks but when I look at my domains, it's a completelly different domain that's set to expire - one that I absolutely want. I think some of my domains may be crossed somehow. I need help making sure I remove the domains I no longer want or need and keep the domains that I absolutely do need.

I also want to upgrade one of my sites but I want to make sure the domains are routing correctly before I do that.

I used to be able to speak with someone but I no longer seem to have access to speaking with a person.

Hi @Gail2 To turn off auto renew, log into your account and click on your name in the top right corner, then Account>My Services. You will see a "cancel" link under the word subscription next to each service. Once you turn off the auto renew, the green circle will turn red.
