I have registedr my domain name and have picked .com.au but it came up as .com. Can I still change that? I have emailed you but haven't received a response.

It isn't possible to conver the domain itself, though we can cancel the purchase and refund the charge so you can purchase the .com.au version separately. If you want to do that let me know and I cancel and refund the .com domain.
