Didn't get a free domain name after purchasing Pro package

I purchased the Pro package on my iOS device and I didn't get my free domain name. When I try to publish, a message pops up that I need to get my DNS updated first.

Same problem here.  Just purchased Pro package through Android app and can't register domain name without being asked for payment again.

@bcflyfisher The hosting plans though the app are cheaper because you can't register a domain name though iTunes or Google play, there for the plans though the app don't include a 1 year free domain name. You can purchase a domain directly though the desktop version though, visit the "Domains" tab on the top left of the dashboard.

That was not made clear at all. Nowhere was it noted that there was no option for the free domain name via the app. I upgraded today to the Business package. I never compared prices on the app versus website - the website kept referring me back to the app, so I gave up trying to use the website. Is the cost difference equal to the purchase price of the domain?

You will need to go through the purchase process to register your domain. The credit will take off $19.95 or one year on most domains. If you select a one year registration, you will see that the charge is $0.

I did that but please tell me that what can I do if I want to upgrade to Business package. It's quite expensive so can you please help me what can I do?

You can upgrade to business from the dashboard. Then click the upgrade button. It will show you the Pro-rated rates for business.

Sorry for the confusion, @Grimini. Upgrading to Starter doesn't automatically register a domain name for you. You'll need to go to the Domains tab, choose a domain and register it. You'll see the 1 year discount applied when you check out.
