Free trial ended - can't select Free plan

I set up a free trial for a website I'm putting together for a community organisation (email address: [email protected]). The free trial has ended but your website won't let me select the free option

I cannot get my free trial back, everytime I come back to work on my account it tells me to update. I need this for class , [email protected]

Once a trial expires it would not be possible for us to add a new trial. If you want to continue using features of the trial at that point you'll need to upgrade the site, @Autctayl.

Are there not free plans? It only has the paid options

You don't actually need to choose a plan to use the site for free. If you're being prompted to upgrade it means you are using a feature of our upgrades, though.

It is advising me to upgrade a feature I have been using? It will not let me into my account at all without the upgrade popping up right away. I can't even look at the sites I have made or edit them.

Can you refresh and check again? I removed the expired trial so you shouldn't see that popup now.
