Free trial ended - can't select Free plan

I set up a free trial for a website I'm putting together for a community organisation (email address: [email protected]). The free trial has ended but your website won't let me select the free option

Hi admin, my business free trial has ended and I logged out and back in as suggested but am still unable to access my page for editing. I can't access the editor and change it to free, does this mean that I can continue to work with my existing site or do I have to completely redo it all again on a free version?! I hope to purchase a plan someday but testing out weebly and would like to just continue with the free version for now.

We have students using the free version of Weebly to create portfolios.  They are getting the free trial expired message and are unable to select a free plan.  How should we address this?

Can you contact our Customer Success team with the addresses of the students' sites? They can help remove the free trial so the sites will revert to being free sites.
