Setting up more than 1 location

When I set up a second location (mobile), only one of my items shows up there. How come? Do I have to add the second item myself?

Welcome to our Seller Community!

 

It sounds like your items might currently be assigned to one of your locations only, rather than both. For reference, you can adjust your stock to reflect where you're stocking it. You can make changes from your dashboard:

 

1. Visit your Item Library in your Dashboard and select the item you'd like to edit. 

2. Scroll down to Locations and make sure all locations this item is available at are selected.

3. Click Save once you're done.
