Issues registering to take payments

So we just bought the terminal for our new restaurant and upon trying to register (to take payments), it just keeps saying "server unavailable, try again later". I've tried it 30+ times now with no luck. Any advice? I've done the reset, software update, all that jazz.

Can you try activating from a computer using Google Chrome, then sign into the Terminal?
