Hello,
I have created an event but the HST is not being applied in the shopping cart. I have gone through ALL the steps around setting up taxes at the company level, Location level, online channel level and item level and still have no luck. HELP!!!!

The one setting I did not see you list is ensuring the HST is set to "All items and services" under tax application settings.

Sales tax settings:
- Go to your Square Dashboard > Settings > Checkout > Sales taxes.
- Create a new tax rate with the appropriate HST percentage.
- Under "Tax application," ensure it's set to apply to "All items and services".

Item level settings:
- Check if individual items are set as "taxable".
- If an item is set as "non-taxable," the HST won't be applied to it.

Calculation method:
- Make sure the calculation method is set to "Additive" if you want the HST to appear as a separate line item on the receipt.

- Check your region: Ensure your Square account is set to the correct region (Canada) where HST is applicable.
- Update Square app: Make sure you have the latest version of the Square app installed.
If you go through all of this and the issue still persists, my advice would be to reach out directly to our Support Team.
