Classes that run for multiple days with same clients

I was eagerly looking forward to the new class booking feature in Square Appointments, and it's been helpful for me, so thank you!

It would be amazing for my swim teaching business if there was an ability to book classes that run for multiple days and allow the same participants to register for it.

Ex. Monday, Wednesday, Friday Level 1 Swim Lessons from 9-9:30 for 2 weeks, for a total of 6 lessons, with the same 4 kids registered. 

With the current software, the repetition for classes doesn't allow for a class of this structure (the repeition doesn't allow choice of days ex. monday and wednesdays, it only allow for repitition of every 2 days or weeks, etc.). It also doesn't allow somebody to register for a block of 6 classes at the same time (Ex. the example above). 

 

If this feature could be added that would be AMAZING

Agreed.  We also have swimming lessons - this is fine in the list view but the calendar view makes it look like there is only one morning of classes.  Our classes are paid for once, but occur twice per day for five days. I would love to see the full week schedule displayed without needing to create duplicate classes with 0 participants allowed.

 

It would also be great to be able to change the location of a class - the same way we can change the location of an item.  and the location of a contract or form! Currently we have to reenter all the class details and delete the one in the wrong location if we make a mistake.

 

AND we need to move clients sometimes from one class to another.  Currently we have to refund them and ask them to re-book.  This costs us in credit card fees and customers.  People will take the refund and not rebook because it is a pain for them to book - AND currently they can't book more than one child in a class per account!  So they need to make multiple accounts with multiple email addresses to register their kids!
