Can't Add Employee to Appointments
Hello,
I'm working on setting square up to take bookings for my company, but I can't seem to get it to work right. I am unable to add/assign an employee to a booked appointment.
Right now, the employee is given permission for appointments, and I have added them as the team member on the service item itself.
However, when I go to the appointment calendar and click on the appointment, the side pop up just says "deleted staff" under staff (I have not deleted any staff member). When I go to edit the appointment, there isn't an option to add an employee, and instead I see the yellow alert triangle and the text "is not assigned to perform SERVICE NAME HERE".
I cannot figure out what is wrong and how to fix it. Can anyone help?

You're able to edit the team member assigned to an appointment from the calendar:
- Access your Appointments calendar, and click on the appointment.
- In the details section, click on Edit.
- Click directly on the service. You'll have a pop-up with the price and the staff.
- Click on Staff to view the drop down and select the prefect team member.
- Save.
I suggest going through each service to ensure that your team members are correctly assigned. I'd also make sure that your staff is bookable online:
- Go to Team Members and click on the team member.
- In the pop-up showing their details, click on Appointments.
- Toggle on Bookable by customers online.
- Save.
