Voucher code field missing
I've used Square Marketing to send my customers a discount voucher. However when they go online to pay, there is no field to add the code. They are stuck with the full amount.

Hey @WendyKustom - welcome to the seller community!
The area to add a voucher code (or gift card) is on the screen before the one you've shown when on a mobile device. It's the basket screen, not the payment screen.
When on a tablet or computer the option will be on the right hand side of all the screens during the checkout process.

Thanks but ny customers are clicking on the invoice I send them and it goes straight to this screen. There isn't a basket involved.

Ah right!
You can’t use coupon/voucher codes on invoices.
To add a discount to an invoice then it needs to be added to the invoice itself.
Not sure what your sale of for, but an alternative way to do it would be to use checkout links - this would give your customer the basket and option to add a coupon code.

They click on pay now then its the payment screen. No basket, no field on either page for a voucher code.

Vouchers can be redeemed online at a merchant's online store or in-person.
This article goes into detail about how customers can redeem vouchers.
Unfortunately, at this time, vouchers cannot be redeemed when paying for an invoice online, but discounts can be applied to invoices and you can also create new discounts when you send an invoice.

Unfortunately this doesn't solve the problem. I don't have an online store. If you're giving me the option to send them vouchers, you need to give them the opportunity to apply them to their invoice.

I understand your frustration. Allowing customers to redeem vouchers on Invoices is a feature request for now, but I can see how it would benefit businesses. This feature has been requested before, and I'll make sure to let you know once it's available.
As @Sam_400º mentioned, you could use checkout links instead of Invoices to take payments and let your customers add their voucher codes. You'll find more information about Square Online checkout links on our Support Centre. Or feel free to reach out if you have further questions.
