Square online - delivery settings

Hoping someone can help me out with some issues setting up delivery on our square online site.

No matter what I try, I can't seem to get any of the delivery limitations to work. I've tried using the radius limiter but I publish the site and it's letting me deliver to different cities. Same goes for when I try constrain it using the postcode limiter. The only thing that's currently working is the seperate limiter on which countries we deliver to.

We're London based so I'm trying to create an area in the north, west and east of the city. We have our own delivery driver so we're not trying to integrate any external delivery apps.

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community!

If the Radius function is not working as intended, could you head over to your Square Online Dashboard and check that your Location details have been verified.

From Online select > Settings > General and ensure that all mandatory fields have been accurately filled, then republish your site after setting the desired delivery radius.

If you're still having trouble after that, would you mind sharing a link to your site and an example of a post code that you don't intend to deliver to?
