Not able to transfer

For some reason i am unable to transfer my money from square into my bank account anyone know why?

Thanks for reaching out to the community for advice on this - welcome aboard! 


Ordinarily if your transfers have been suspended or limited, our account services team will have notified you via email about any action you might need to take. Have you received any emails from Square recently? 


If not, I’d suggest checking if there are any pending information requests on your Square Dashboard. You can view open requests from: Settings > Account & Settings > Information Requests.


If you don’t see any pending requests, and you’ve not received an email explaining how to get your transfers moving again, then I’d advise you to reach out to our customer success team so they can look into this further for you. Unfortunately as the community is a public forum, we wouldn't be able to check on account specifics here. 


You can contact Square Customer Success through social media, live chat, phone or email. The contact number is 0800 098 8008 and the team is available from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
