MAILING LIST ISSUE 3500 CUSTOMERS 0 SUBSCRIBERS

Hello there,

I am experiencing. a strange anomaly.

I made a new letter and sent it out, I also subscribed with my personal email, so I could see it worked.  We have 3500 customers and the majority showed up as subscribers.  I also had to pay for the newsletter add on.

anyway, a week later I went to send another one, and low and behold it is now showing 0 subscribers and asking me to pay for the add on again.  I am so confused.

Hey @DannyN0rthstar, thank you for letting us know about this. This definitely doesn't sound like expected behaviour.

Square’s Marketing prices will depend on the number of subscribers you have. The cost is £39 per month if you have between 2,001 - 4,000 subscribers to your mailing list. Since you haven’t exceeded the threshold of 4000 subscribers yet, you should not have been asked to pay. Could you clarify what plan you are currently subscribed to please? I’ll keep an eye out for your reply.
