Google Search not finding my site

My site Needleandnurse.co.uk has been live now for about 6 weeks.

I have added  search terms  to all of my pages. I haves submitted all of may pages to google and to bing and submitted a site map.  I haven’t hidden the site from search.

Most of this was done about 5 weeks ago.

If I use google to search for the term Needle and Nurse then it finds the website.

It I search for what we do, which is to provide Aesthetic skin treatments, Lip and  fillers etc., and the location of our clinic then our site doesn’t appear on google search.

I don’t mean that it doesn’t appear on the top or on the first search page. I mean it doesn’t appear on any search pages as far as I can see. It shows skin clinics that provide the same treatments all over England and abroad, but not ours.

When I use page speed insights I get an SEO score of 100%.

I have watched loads of videos, read loads of websites, asked various people who have experience in website building and no one seems to be able to help.

I am wondering if I should give up with square and start again using Wordpress or similar.

Any help would be greatly appreciated ….’Help!’

You do come up with Google locations when looking for beauty salons in Faversham, so it’s probably worth updating your Google business listing itself to make sure you’ve got all that covered. It’s also worth reaching out to your clients and asking them for Google reviews - as these (number & frequency) help to show your a regular business and move you up the list.

Thank you ! I’ve checked my Google business but it’s only coming up if you know the name of the company. This is a problem for our type of company as generally people will search ‘ lip fillers near me ‘ and unfortunately we do not appear. I will try reaching out to customers  but we don’t have too many right now. I really appreciate you giving us your time and coming up with suggestions Thank you again . Liz & Pip

After 7 years all my business via Google comes from the business listing not the direct web links.

Everything is so geared for SEO it seems like it just promotes googles paid ads as that’s the best/fastest way to get to the top 😳
