Domain name not connecting

Hi, I have a Weebly site on a starter plan which had an external domain connected to it. I've since changed the domain and have tried to connect the new domain. All looks good except under Manage Domains it says the new domain isn't connected. When I try to connect the new domain by selecting the existing site from the drop down the setting doesn't save and the domain remains disconnected.

 

Any suggestions on how to get the new domain connected?

We would only have access and tools to troubleshoot Square Online queries here in the Community, unfortunately. 

In this case, I would suggest posting in the Weebly Community or reaching out to their support team based in the USA directly.

They would be available after 2 pm GMT.
