Delivery radius function not working

I have set up pick up and delivery. I have set a maximum radius of 15 miles and have set different charges for different distances.

 

When I have gone to test buy a product with a couple of actual local addresses that are well within the 15 mile radius I get a message telling me that we don't deliver to that address 😐

 

Any ideas?

 

I did originally have a work around, using modifiers for each of the distances, but that put the onus on the customer to calculate the mileage and add to their basket, so I'd rather get this method working.

 

@tranguyen can you fix this one too? 😘

Hi @WonderfulCakeCo, I'm sorry to hear you're running into this. This can be caused by your location settings. Can you please check the following:

 

1. From your Online Dashboard, go to Fulfillment > Pickup & Delivery 

2. Click Edit and go to Location Details

4. Check if your address is correct 

5. Check if the map marker is correct. If not, please drag the marker to where it needs to be

 

When your location is correctly set up on the map, the addresses within 15 miles radius should be accepted.

The map marker was somewhere in London, when I'm based just outside Nottingham 🙂
