Can’t deactivate my account

It says because I can’t accept credit card it’s not letting me deactivate my account

If you are not able to accept credit card payments, it is likely that your account hasn't been fully activated yet. We have visibility of seller accounts here in the community. I'd recommend getting in touch with our support team on 0800 098 8008. Our team will be able to find the account and go through the necessary security measures to deactivate the account for you.
