Adding editors to Weebly site not working
I'm really struggling with the process of adding editors to my Weebly site. When I send the invite to people I want to be editors, they don't receive the emails. Not in spam either.
Someone in support tried and said that they sent an invite successfully. So I tried with my one of my emails and and I received an invite. I thought it was now working, so I set up a meeting with my editors to ‘remote on’ to their computers to set it all up for them. They never received it. I sent another to myself. I also never received it either.
Way back when we first started this process, on the very first attempt one of the editors was able to create an account, but it never invited him to work on the website. All it did was give him an option to create a new website not edit mine.
This is incredibly frustrating. I have used Weebly for years as a way of me designing a website for a community group and then letting them manage their own websites. I have previously successfully invited people to be editors with no problems whatsoever. This is just simply not working!
Does it makes a difference that I am in the UK, but my editors are both in the USA?
Is there something Weebly can do to make this finally work? The website in question is https://www.globallcci.org/

Hey @cathBr!
It might be worth checking here what email services they're using. If this is an organisation email which uses the domain, is everything setup correctly to receive email? If not, what service are they using? Yahoo mail is known globally to have some issues receiving certain emails. Ask them to save the email that sends the invitation to their contacts maybe so that it is not blocked by their mail servers? I'm also sure you already will have done but make sure to check spam, lots of things manage to slip into there. Another thing that may seem trivial but is definitely worth looking at is whether you spelled the email addresses correctly.
I hope this can help you to make some progress and if it does help please mark this as best answer to help others in the future!
