I'm a musician that's using Square to sell tickets for upcoming shows. I've created the tickets as an item but having problems sharing those items to other band members using Square team app.
I've created a team member account and one of my band members has downloaded the square team app and is able to log in to the app on his phone. However all he sees is a blank screen, He cannot see the items (tickets) at all.
What permissions are needed so he see the items and sell them.

You will need to toggle on the "Items" permission under the Team Permissions settings.

I turned on items as you stated but he still cannot see any items. Under his permissions I do see the item icon.
