Add recipient name to online orders

There’s no area to write the recipients name for delivery - we’ve had to text our online orders back to get the names for their card messages.  I know gifting is an option but I thought this was to add a charge for gift wrap / gift receipts - or am i wrong.

You're not wrong @Twiggy. The gifting option is meant to add a message and doesn't have a designated spot for the recipient's name. Sorry 😞
