Square payment terminal
Hello, we just got. message from the POS terminal that the DR/CR machine is no longer connected and that its damaged and need to be replaced. The terminal is 2 yers old, Anyone else have this issue?

You can find some troubleshooting steps for your Terminal in this article, resetting might be helpful in this case, but if a component has been damaged, you'll continue to receive the error message.
