Online Checkout

Hey, I'm having a problem where the Online Checkout link says the following:

 

The requested item could not be found. Please check the link and try again.

 

I've tried the following troubleshooting

 

- deleted item and started again (no change)

- cleared cache and cookies

- tried a different browser

- made a few new products (same message)

 

When I first started the link was working however when I changed the Variation names, the adjustments weren't showing when the link was working... so that started the delete and re-adding and since then, none of the links will connect.

 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Also wondering if there is a trick to have the link when working to show the most current update to the item description, prices etc... seems that once it's created, it doesn't refresh with the new changes 🙂

Welcome to Seller Community and thanks for your post, @DreamsWishes.

 

Are you still seeing that with your checkout links? I think there was an issue yesterday that might have impacted some syncing on our end, that might have resulting in something like what you saw.

Is there a way to have the online checkout page (what the customer scanning the QR code sees) be completely in French?  I did set my Location and my account language to French but the still displays in English...  ("ORDER SUMMARY", "SHIPPING METHOD", etc)

So I just want to confirm a few things here...Have you published your website yet? I believe that it should appear in French as long as you have your settings adjusted accordingly and you have published your website. 

 

Let me know if you have, then we can take a deeper dive. If you have not published yet, go ahead and give this a try and let me know if it works.
