my payment platform just disappeared 2 days ago

Hi my payment  disappeared 2 days ago at  the back of my website I have  dashboard I can login and there on payments   you have Square Access Token then  Square Application Id and location ID I have entered from the sandbox but still not working I found 2 location ID which I need to use I try both of them non sems working anyone can help me please

I just need a little bit of clarification from you. Was this payment taken on your website? If so, was it built directly by using Square Online or by using Square's API?
