Galaxy Note 10
USB-C to 3.5mm adapter
Magstripe Reader
Every time I swipe I get "Card not charged, please try again".
I have tried 2 different magstripe readers, 2 different USB-C to 3.5mm adapters, and 3 different credit cards. The only thing I haven't tried multiples of is a different phone.
I've tried running the cards through slowly, quickly, etc. No dice. Any ideas?

Hey @Vcize and welcome to the Community.
USB-C adapters are technically not tested/approved devices so there's no guarantee that they'd work with our readers unfortunately.
I'd recommend checking out our Compatibility page here for a list of compatible devices for our readers. If it isn't listed, that would mean that your device isn't yet tested or compatible.

Why hasn't square made a USB C for Android phones. The latest phones no longer have a headphone jack so your devices are not working on our phones.

When are you going to get a magnetic reader compatible for Android phones or an adapter to use the existing readers?

I would like to know that also. None of my phone jack square readers work with the newer Android phones that do not have a phone jack. Square needs to make a USB C to use on our Samsung Galaxy phones Android.

Welcome to the Community, @KittyCat -
Where did you purchase your adapter to use the magstripe reader? A lot of sellers have had success with adapters from Amazon or other electronic stores. We don't have a specific one we recommend.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
