Turning off or changing bread crumb navigation

Hi there

is there a way to change or turn off the bread crumb navigation on the auto-generated product pages on the weebly platform?

I have my own category pages because they have a lot more content on them that the auto generated category pages, but the bread crumb navigations on the product pages lead to the auto generated ones which are obviously the wrong ones - I can't see a way to turn them off or point those navigations to the correct category pages.

thanks

Hi @frondere, thanks for your post.

I can see that your question is about your website built on Weebly platform. I suggest to post your question directly on Weebly Community as we can only assist with Square Online websites on the Seller Community

Hi Emma

here's the thing. The weebly support pages tell you to visit the square online community if you're an online retailer which I am. So I've posted on here -as I'm told to. now you're telling me to go back there.  Its also a US support site. It's also rubbish at getting a response from as per the below from another member - one of many posts like this on the weebly community

Anybody know how to get a response from Weebly?

Does anyone know how to get a response/reply from Weebly?

I've had DNS problems for almost 10 days and despite emails just get nowhere. Their "Chat" function is hopeless as it just takes me around in circles and doesn't help resolve the problem. Been with them for years and yet I cant' get what should be a simple problem sorted.

So please tell me what to do because nobody that posts on the weebly community appears to be able to get any answers about anything - which if you're paying for a service is quite frankly unacceptable, particularly if those issues mean that you are unable to make sales.

I've had lots of help on here from Alegra. i do have an online store with square but I'm currently migrating to weebly because its functionality and ability to design is better. Square integrates with Weebly but I'm having issues, so I'm not sure what the problem is with asking questions here - especially if weebly don't answer and I'm paying for your service. I've already switched over to you from Wix because it works better so now i'm wondering if I've made a massive mistake and wasted weeks and weeks of my time and money.

I can't seem to integrate my products to sync properly between the square profile and the weebly profile which means that selling in person and online isn't going to work for inventory management.  I can't select England or the UK as a country for shipping because neither of them are in the drop downs but places like Iran are ....I appreciate what you're saying but if you can point to a place where concerns and issues are actually answered then I'd be happy to go there.

Hi @frondere 👋

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble reaching the support teams. All of our queues have been experiencing a higher than normal volume, and support answers have been delayed, unfortunately.

The original Weebly editor does not sync to Square the same way the new editor does. If you need to have your inventory sync in real time, you will need to use the Square Online site editor. Some people use both editor options by designing the bulk of the website with the original Weebly editor, then they create a store page using the Square Online editor. You can then create navigation links to connect the two sites together.

The shipping question sounds like it could be a possible bug as you should most definitely see the option to ship to the UK. Can you post a link to your website so we can take a look?
