Square appointments bar code scanner
I use square appointments and recently bought a bar code scanner for my retail. The scanner works great on check out, but it they want to add items to their service the scanner will not ring them up. Most of my retail sales are add on so it’s moot to have a bar code scanner when I have to hand type every item. Is there a way to correct this?

When it comes to appointments and adding on items, you actually cannot add them to the appointment. They will have to be checked out separately.
Being able to add those transactions together would be a Feature Request for our Appointments Product Team and I would be happy to get this over to them. This is a popular request of our appointment driven sellers.
