Hello. I am creating a site for dinners for pick up/delivery with a different weekly menu. However, we only offer 2 days for pickup/delivery on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Right now for scheduled pick up/delivery, it shows a bunch of future dates/times. Can I limit it to just Tuesday or Thursday that week?
Also, is there a way I can set it so if a customer orders a meal on Tuesday it can't be fulfilled (pick up or delivery) until Thursday?

You can definitely limit the days that customers are able to place online orders, @Joz!
Square Online overview page > Settings > Pickup & Delivery > select location to view sidebar menu:
Click the blue Edit button in the screenshot above to open up the edit screen for your Pickup & Delivery settings. It sounds like you want to have the same days/hours for pickup and delivery, so feel free to toggle ON the Use the same hours for pickup & delivery option, as shown below:
Uncheck each day, except for Tuesday and Thursday - good to go! 🙌
I'm not quite sure what you are asking with your second question. If you are asking about the ability to handle pre-orders, that would be considered a feature request at this time, and we'll be sure to post an update here in this thread when we have one to share.
