Rewards Email Notifications Not Working

My Rewards customers who have earned rewards and promo codes aren't receiving email notifications.  Help!

Are you talking about rewards from the Loyalty Program or coupons & birthday Rewards from the Email Marketing?

 

For Loyalty - notifications are only sent by Text Message and not by Email.


For the Marketing Campaigns - if they are not receiving the emails then either the wrong email is listed, or they might have Unsubscribed. If someone Unsubscribes they will no longer receive any emails from you/any Square Seller, including Emails with rewards/coupons.
