Matching prices on square terminal and website

i am trying to show items on the website at their reduced price, which means showing the original price, but when I do this, they are scanning onto my shop terminal at the original price rather than the reduced price.

 

What am I missing out

Hi @Monkey_business 👋 thanks for your post. 

 

Sale prices only apply to your Square Online site and don’t sync to other Square platforms at this time. This is why they are not visible on your Square Terminal. 

 

To set an in-person item at a sale price, you will need to edit the price manually. 

 

Alternatively, you could create an Automatic Discount instead as those apply to both Online and In-person sales. If you were to do that you would remove the sale price from the online item, just make sure you don't double discount.
