How to view sent messages

I sent my customer a message via the Point of Sale app. I checked messages but it is empty. Is there a way to view the messages I sent?

Hey MsCris - Just to clarify, is this in the Feedback portion of your app? If so, it should show up in your Messages without an issue. I would try troubleshooting the app and if you're not seeing it still, I would send it again to make sure that it went through. Let us know if either of these work for you!

This would be a message I sent to the customer.

 

In app > Customers > Reachable > selected the customer > Send Message

 

After sending the message I have no record of the message I sent. I checked the following:

 

Customers > Messages

 

“No Existing Messages”

Hi @MsCris - stepping in for @puka here. It sounds like you're in a different part of the app. 

 

You should give our CS team a call to figure this out. They'll be able to look behind the scenes and give you a clearer picture of what's going on.
