How to configure Online Store

I have my Square account configured, but now I am trying to create the Online Store to configure the Online Channel to connect with Meta. But I can't configure the Online Store; I can't see any option to configure the Online Store. So it is very strange is like my account doesn't have that option.

HI, you can reach our Online Store Dashboard from your Square Dashboard.

Hi GOLD,

 

In the quick links, the Online option does not appear. The only option that appears is Online sale Channels. For example, I get the Online option in the All products section, but when I click it, a sub-menu appears with Online sale Channels.

Hello everyone,

 

I identified the problem with my account. I selected Puerto Rico instead of the United States when I created my account. Unfortunately, when you choose Puerto Rico automatically, the system changes, it doesn't guide you through the standard setup, and the account ends up just like mine without many features. If I can't find a way to change the account from Puerto Rico to the United States, I'll have to create another account, and I can't use the same email.
