How to change my Appointments settings from on the half hour to on the hour?

Now that my state is opening up for business as a barber I can no longer schedule appointment every half hour and I need to figure out how to book it on the hour. I tried changing the time Length of my  services from half hour to One hour but people can still book on the half hour and I can no longer do that. Yeah now my services take an hour to complete but people can still book on the half hour and I can still have two people in there in the same hour. I need appointments to be scheduled on the hour. To guarantee that I will not have more than one person in an hour.

You can change the ability to change that under Online Scheduling in this your Appointment Settings. 

Please let me know if that doesn't do the trick!
