How to I show how many of one kind of item I have and how many variations of that item.
I have multiple variations on a product and multiple items for each variation, how do I add the number of items for each variation?
Example: I have a quantity of dangle earrings in three variations - copper, brass or silver. I have multiple sets in each variation - 30 silver, 30 copper, 30 brass. Where/how do I put that number in stock management? Do I have to make 90 variations for the item "dangle earrings", one for each individual set of earrings? I can't even find where to put how many dangle earrings total I have in stock period much less how many of each variation.

HI, hopefully this Square Support page will help.
https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/6689-item-options
This page gives a video and steps. You would need to create option sets and track inventory for each.
https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/6142-track-your-square-inventory
Break down it down instead of looking at it as a whole.
ex. Dangle earrings
Option set - Copper, Brass, Silver
Variation
Copper. 30. $99.99
Brass 30 $99.99
Silver. 30. $99.99
Which displays as

Option Set and Variation as created within Create New Item
