Hello! I changed my Square account from a personal account to a business account. I've updated my email and business name everywhere I can find. How do I change the sales receipt emails that go out to customers in the from field from my name to the business name? TIA

Figured out the problem if anyone else has this issue. Under Online/Settings/Email Setup/Sender Profile/Edit you have to add new. The email was unchangeable in the original. The add new option worked.

Hey @shansbands!
Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.
I would edit your information within locations to ensure that it doesn't have your name anywhere. Then I'd check your receipt settings to confirm that everything looks accurate.
Both Location and Receipt settings can be found under Account & Settings in the Online Dashboard. I hope that helps! Let me know if not.

Thanks for your response! Everywhere I check I have the business name and icloud email account.
On emails customer receive, they are coming from sender Shannon Perdue - [Personal Information Redacted] instead of business name.

Hi @shansbands!
I hope you don't mind, but I removed the images with personal information from your post. I also redacted the email address within your post.
Take a look at what the information says in Online > General. Is the information correct there?

No worries. Yes the info is correct there. I think the problem is I originally had the square account before I started the business. It was set up with my personal info. Everywhere I check it has info correct, except for one place in square, and the personal email is grayed out where I can't change it.

Took me a minute to find it... my personal email is grayed out on the weebly side under Online/Settings/Email Setup.
