How do I look up the tracking number from an online order?
[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: How do I view a completed transaction so I can retrieve the tracking number]
I have a customer who says she has not received her order. I put a tracking number with every order, however I can not get to her info. I found her order by the solar amount and date but am not able to pull up her order or see when and where I shipped it.

Weebly? Woocommerce? GoDaddy?

Weebly, I hate the new format through Square. I used to love how our square web commerce worked. Since weebly is what I am stuck with now, I am rethinking this. I used to be able to bring up orders/transactions, now it is no where near as streamlined.

Normally, when marking the order as shipped in the Square Online Store, the tracking info is included in the order itself within order detail page in "Orders."
If you are using a separate shipping provider, I would compare addresses between the shipping info and the order itself through your Weebly site.
