Hello @ispycigarclub, welcome to the Seller Community! 🎉
You can enable Comp and Void on your Square Dashboard under the Items tab. Once you're on the Items tab > Settings > Comp and Void. From here you'll be able to create all of your comp and void settings. 🙂

Hey @Masterptattoo - to clarify: this would be done through your Online Dashboard, not the POS app.
So in the Dashboard, you'll click on Items > Settings > Comp and Void

I see where you can create void or comp reasons, but I can't find where to actually void or comp an item in square online. How does that work?

You're only able to comp and void through the POS app. That feature isn't available with Square Online @abinlbc123

That doesn't answer the question... WHERE DO YOU ENABLE COMP/VOID?
I see where I can create reasons but not to ENABLE it

Hey @QBC_Concessions, to comp or void an item, you'd need to click into the Current Sale tab at the top of your Point of Sale app.
From there, tap the item you want to comp. When you scroll down to the bottom, you should see the option to Comp Item or Remove Item.

On your mobile device, you chose the item you want to comp., review sale, the tap that item. You'll get the choice to either comp the item or remove the item, then you can complete the transaction. It took me awhile to figure that one out!

You can deactivate your Square Card right from your app, @bwall957. To do so:
- Open the app and go to Balance > Checking.
- Tap Get help with Checking and select from the options listed.
In case you need to, you can order a new card by selecting I lost my card.
