We use Square for Retail. We have a printer-driven cash drawer that is hooked up properly. The printer prints receipts. The cash drawer opens when tested. However, when it comes time to ring up a sale, there is no cash option from the charge menu. It shows charge options, checks under “more” but no cash. The location and device setting is set to Cash Management. Why won’t the Cash option appear.
